For diamonds larger than 0.5 ct, we can provide a GIA, HRD, or IGI certificate upon request and for an additional fee. Diamonds over 1 ct always come with a certificate. Triangle-cuts, regardless of the carat size, do not include a certificate unless specifically requested. Please contact us for any requests.

No, Okker & Ockers pieces are expertly handcrafted to last a life time and use the finest materials available.

2. Soak & Brush: Let the jewellery soak for 15-20 minutes, then use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub around the setting and diamond.
3. Rinse & Dry: Rinse with warm water and dry with a lint-free cloth.

Since each piece is handcrafted and tailored to you, orders will take between 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. If you cannot wait that long you can always contact us through the Contact Portal and our team may speed up the process if possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
We can cancel or change your order as long as your order has not been already be shipped to you. For tailored items or custom-made orders, we will have to make sure that your order has not passed the production phase yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Okker & Ockers ships worldwide (excluding Russia).
Necklaces, earrings and bracelets can be returned within 14 days after purchase. However, all ring orders are final since they are uniquely tailored to you and can therefore not be returned. You can read our return policy on each product page.
We may be able to arrange an exchange as long as you agree to cover the cost of the return of the original order, the delivery of the new item and eventually the price difference of the pieces if any.

Unfortunately bespoke pieces cannot be returned. As every customised piece is uniquely handcrafted for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
However, we may be able to resize certain designs or make minor adjustments if needed.
Customised pieces include rings with engravings or rings made to a specific size.

Once we received and confirmed your return we will notify you that your refund is on its way. It can take up to 14 days for us to proceed your return.
Engraved pieces are considered custom-made meaning we cannot accept returns or exchanges for such pieces.
If your piece arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it. If your jewellery sustains damage after delivery, we can repair it at your expense.
